All vehicles sold via gioescooters.com include a 2 year limited warranty. The limited warranty as contained herein is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. There are no warranties that extend beyond the description in this limited warranty.
GIO guarantees this product, including charger, motor, controller, to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years (1 year on batteries). All warranty periods commence from the date of shipment.
This limited warranty covers the replacement of defective parts (free of both cost and shipping fees), it does not include the installation of said parts or costs related to doing so.
